Build a castle coffee shop + escape game

who doesn’t want to have a little adventure with the Portuguese bureaucracy? I see a rare opportunity there for one of my million billionaires friendz: give a good-hearted Portuguese person with good taste 1 million and let them transform that cute little “castle” in downtown into a nighttime coffee shop + escape game.

It already has 2 very nice chessboards attached to it. How cooool must be rooftop parties there? Would be so nice to make something new out of the old instead of letting it rot away.
