The surf repair guy, tailor & electrician: all these hands-on people have told me they are chronically booked out. Wellll, go ask them if you can learn from them and start your own hands-on side hustle. Maybe only learn one super tiny specialised subtask? Then offer for a higher €/hour and with convenient booking on Erijoy :P - because customers are desperate for these services :)
